First Steps to Freedom A confidential helpline for people suffering from general anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, anorexia and bulimia, and their carers. NCH A children's charity, which has a website to support and inform children and young people whose parents are spilitting up. Royal College of Psychiatrists Among the resources available, this site also includes fact sheets for young people on issues such as stress and depression. Samaritans Samaritans is available 24 hours a day to provide confidential emotional support over the telephone. Saneline Provides listening, crisis support and usefull information to anyone coping with mental health difficulties.
