Depression

We all feel different all the time
Sometimes we’re happy…

…but sometimes we’re sad

It’s ok to feel sad and upset sometimes, but it’s important to know that we can change things and don’t have to live our life like that.

Sometimes we feel that no one understands.

These are some examples of causes of Depression:

If someone close dies, or is ill.

If you have been abused.

Worrying about how you look.

Feeling left out and not being part of a group.

Arguing with friends or family.

Feeling useless and worthless.

Being bullied at school or elsewhere.

Thinking things will never get better.

If you see this in yourself or your friend:

Eating a lot more than usual.

Not wanting to go out.

Feeling like harming yourself.

Feeling life is not worth living.

Crying a lot.

You could help your friend by:

Listening to them.

Try and help them look for help.

Do not tease them I

f it is you who is depressed than you should talk to someone about it or try watching something you enjoy!!
