We're a group of 8 young people from Oldham. We've been meeting every week to put this site together so that others can find out about health issues.
H2O has met with other groups of young people to ask them what they want to see on this site. If you'd like us to meet your group please let us know.
Let us introduce ourselves and tell you a little bit about why we are involved with the Health4me project:
My name is Chloe. I am 16 years old and I study performing arts in college. I am interested in helping and advising people. I have been through a lot of stuff in my life and I hope I can help you with things that are happening to you.
My name is Kieron. Although I am only 19, I have had many life experiences. I have lived in 5 different countries, and I speak 3 different languages. I have done everything you can think of wrong but have made them right with hard work and determination, and am now studying in college. I have learnt many lessons and hope I can help you by advising you not to make the mistakes I did.
My name is Ruhena. I am 16. I go to school in Oldham. I joined the H2O group because I wanted to help people of our age. I’ve met so many nice people since I’ve joined Health4me and enjoy meeting up every week. I heard about the Health4me Project from a friend and since I have joined Health4me I have become aware of many different issues.
My name is Rohul. I go to school in Oldham and I am 16. I helped to design the website to change the way we eat, to change the way we think and to help people.
My name is Sherul. I am in Year 11 and am doing my G.C.S.Es. my hobbies include watching films and playing computer games and also listening to music. I was introduced to the group by a friend.
My name is Hena. I am 16 years old. The reason I joined Health4me was because I thought it would be a good opportunity to help people and also good for experience when I apply for a job. Since I’ve been part of H2O it’s been fantastic! I really enjoy myself and I’ve made new friends and met some new people.
My name is Shujon. I am 16 years old and am doing my G.C.S.Es. I like watching films and playing football. My hobbies also include listening to music.
My name is Yawor. I am 16 years old. I live in Oldham and I enjoy working on PCs, especially design work. I am into cars and the latest technology. I am the longest standing member of the website group and have been involved in the Health4me project since the beginning.
