Hygiene means keeping yourself clean and making sure you don’t smell!
We all sweat throughout the day and if this sweat is left on your skin it goes stale and starts to smell, so you should try to wash your face and your body everyday, and your hair at least every other day.
You should also try to change your underwear everyday, and any clothes that touch your skin at least every other day.
Try to use a deodorant every day; anti-perspirant will help to stop you sweat and deodorant and body spray will make you smell nice!
